Centrion.
Building the foundations of software.

Centrion develops browser engines, programming language tools, local decision systems, and Linux infrastructure. We work on the layers that other software depends on.

Explore five projects, each with its own purpose, implementation, and development status. Start with the problem you want to solve.

CENTRION / SELECTED WORK

Centrion Projects

Browser engines, developer tools, and products built around real problems.

5 selected projects

Language & compiler

Phage

An experimental programming language with its own parser, typed intermediate representation, diagnostics, and command-line tools. The toolchain checks and interprets a supported language subset, while a Cranelift backend lowers typed functions for JIT compilation.

Machine learning & decision systems

UDI Kernel

A local decision runtime built in Rust with Python training tools. UDI Kernel turns typed task definitions and JSON inputs into structured decisions, scores, and rankings through ONNX Runtime. Confidence thresholds, out-of-distribution signals, fallback decisions, and configurable policies connect model predictions to application behavior.

Local virtual machines

Capsule

A command-line tool for repeatable local Linux virtual machines. It creates QEMU-backed environments with cloud-init and managed SSH access, then supports snapshots, cloning, and portable archives for moving development environments between machines.

  • Go
  • QEMU
  • cloud-init

Container infrastructure

Cask

A Linux container runtime and local daemon built around runc and OCI images. Its command-line interface handles image pulls, container lifecycles, networking, logs, and resource configuration through a dedicated daemon protocol.

  • Go
  • runc

CENTRION / SPONSORSHIP

Good software.
Supported by people.

Help move Centrion's projects toward documented, reproducible public releases. These are the areas where support could fund focused engineering time.

Engines & language tools

Rendering examples, language behavior checks, and clearer implementation documentation.

Local decisions

Reproducible inference examples, confidence and policy checks, and model integration guides.

Linux infrastructure

Repeatable VM and container workflows, lifecycle checks, and setup documentation.

For individuals and companies. Scope, deliverables, and progress updates are agreed directly before a sponsorship begins.
